Return and Refund Policy

Introduction: At Tasouq.com, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must also be in the original packaging, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Return Process: To return an item, please email us at support@tasouq.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@tasouq.com, providing details of the issue and a photo if possible. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
